Since 1984 BBC PCB s.r.l. offers to its customer a wide range of products from single-sided to 10 layers and more circuit boards available in samples as well as in series. Our responsiveness allows us to make prototypes -even on special base materials- in only three working days without compromising the high quality of the final produce; the same high quality of our whole production.

Here we list the most relevant technical specifications of our production.

• PCBs on aluminium, brass or other material upon specific request.
• Multilayer PCBs made on mixed base materials (FR4 + Taconic, Rogers, Alrlon, Neltec).*
• Radiofrequency PCBs made with specific base materials (Taconic, Rogers, Alrlon, Neltec).*
• Multilayer PCBs from 2 to 10 layers and more on specific request.
• Minimum innerlayer line width: 6 mils.
• Minimum vias hole diameters: 6 mils.
• FR4 94VO MIL 13949 compliant laminate.
• Minimum copper thickness inside holes: 25 microns.
• Finishing: LEAD FREE Hot Air Leveling, Passivated copper, Chemical gold and silver.
• Silicon free photografic solder IEC IP52 compliant.
• Electrical test with fliyng probes.
• Tolerance criteria according to ANSI/IPC 600F standard or customer specifications.
